Assessment and contact form
When you answer the assessment or fill in the contact form, Mindorion OÜ processes your answers and, if you provide them, your business contact details (name, email, company, role, company size). Purposes: producing your assessment, answering your request and offering a follow-up call. Legal basis: your consent to be contacted, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry. Retention: assessment answers for 24 months; contact details for 3 years after our last contact. Processors: database hosted in the European Union, emails sent through a provider located in the European Union, website hosted by Vercel. We do not sell or share your personal information.
Your US privacy rights
If you are a resident of California or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Mindorion does not sell or share personal information, and does not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights, email contact@mindorion.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
